Welcome to Xiraya. Customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
Customers may request a return or replacement only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
To claim any refund, replacement, missing item, or damage issue, customers must record a clear continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
- The sealed package before opening.
- Shipping label clearly visible.
- Complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Product condition inside the package and All the replacement, damaged ,defective or incorrect Items will get delivered in 8 to 10 days in the respective address..
⚠️ Without a valid opening video proof, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Used or worn products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Items returned without a valid opening video proof.
- Customized or special-order products (if applicable).
Once a product has been used, it cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
If your return request is approved, the following applies:
- Refunds will be processed and credited in5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be sent via original payment method or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
